Returns Policy

Below are the conditions that must be met in order for us to process a return. Returns can be submitted by filling out the contact form at the bottom of this page.

ALL of the conditions listed below must be met in order for us to accept and process a return. Once a return is processed, the BUYER must cover the cost of shipping back to us. Once we receive the products back at our office we will then either give a full refund or exchange for another item (limited to items which are in stock at time of return).

  • The return must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the product and must be sent within 14 days.

  • The product must not show signs of wear, stains, smell

​

  • The product must not be damaged​.

​

  • All tags must still be attached.

  • The product must not be washed.
